FREE 15-MINUTE CONSULTATION
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can discuss your history with food & exercise and what motivated you to reach out. I'll explain how I can help you achieve your goals, how the process works and discuss which package makes the most sense for you.
90 MINUTE INITIAL ASSESSMENT
This is where we get down to business and look at what makes you tick. We will talk about your history with health, nutrition & exercise & target any health priorities. Then we'll set goals & talk about how to reach them. After this session, you'll be armed with your customized plan & the resources you need to be successful.
3 MONTH PLAN
If you are ready to make lasting change in your life, a 3-month plan is just for you. Created to give you weekly or bi-weekly accountability, this is a program to keep you motivated and seeing results. I'll be reviewing the data from various apps weekly and will give you notes & encouragement along the way. Change is a process, not an event, and this is how you get there.
Whether you have an acute medical situation or simply prefer a more customized level of care, I am available to create a program just for you. This can include in-depth education, needs assessment, meal plans, practitioner referrals and coordination, or any specialized at-home services for you or your family members.
